Terms and Conditions of this agreement: 1. Talent should not submit their private information or contact telephone number to the relevant company during casting or under any other circumstances. There should not be any direct contact between the recommended talent(s) and the talent-requested company. All connections / communications should be made by means of our company as an agent. We reserve the right to charge or claim our lost from any offender. 2. Talent hereby grants the right and permission for the agent to use a/or publishes photographs/films/voice of the model for media: Print/TV/MTR/Internet/CD/Poster/P.O.P. material etc. for a five years period from the date of shooting. 3. Payments will be made to talents only after we received it from the clients, 20 % commission will be deducted from the gross model fee / agreed fee. 4. Talent payment is given in form of cheques. Talents should collect their payment / cheque(s) at our office or we can directly transfer the payment to their HSBC bank accounts. 5. All registered talents are NOT our employees, itˇ¦s your own responsibility to submit your TAX/MPF payment to HKSAR Government and it is not our companyˇ¦s responsibility. 6. When the payment is ready, the company will notify the talent to pick up or directly transfer to the HSBC bank accounts via emails. Once notifications are made, talents have the responsibility to collect the cheque(s) within 60 days starting from the date of the notification. All uncollected payments exceed 60 days will be deleted from company payment list. 7. Once a cheque is issued after talentˇ¦s notice, for any cancellation or re-issuance of cheque requested by the talent, HK$150.00 will be charged as handling fee. 8. Registered talents will be asked to provide their personal information. We will keep it confidential. 9. Our company reserves all rights to make changes to the company policy.
